On-Site Maintenance

Convenient, rapid response best describes on-site maintenance. Service provides dispatched coverage to the customer’s site after the customer’s Help Desk has determined that the equipment problem cannot be resolved through phone support. Service calls requested by the Help Desk trigger a Next Business Day dispatch to a qualified technician. Upon completion of the repair, the technician closes the call with the Help Desk.
