Extreme equipment availability is covered best by RTG’s
Advance Exchange Maintenance program. Service includes the acquisition of
spares, program management, warehousing, repair labor and freight costs
associated with replacing and repairing equipment; service consists of
unscheduled maintenance due to equipment failure when notified by the
customer’s Help Desk. Coverage offered from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST), Monday
through Friday. RTG will ship a replacement unit the same day, for next day receipt,
to minimize ‘down time’.
